主人公就读的学校，来了一名转校生。

那位学生，是曾经转校离开的其中一名伙伴。

以与她重逢为契机，伙伴们再次相聚。

孩时结成的团体，这次以部门形式进行活动。

部门名字叫「神门防卫部」。通称「防卫部」。

活动内容以恋爱为主，守护学生们的青春。

提供诸如烦恼沟通等帮助的部门。

部员们自身，要么兴趣不良的原因，至今没有过恋爱经验。

通过部门活动，部员们开始再次考虑经历恋爱。
