旅行者・房石陽明在骑摩托车旅行的过程中迷路了。
在便利店店员的引导下，他沿着通往村落的道路前进，却摔下了悬崖。
通过出现在那里的芹沢千枝実的帮助，他寄宿在藤良村中一个叫休水的集落里。
晚上，一阵大雾袭来，房石被雾中的神秘生物杀死了。
再次睁开眼时，他回到了骑摩托车迷路的地方。
