Miyuki is a young girl freshly arrived in town. She came back for the same reason as Yukito, to find her big brother. She met Yukito shortly after arriving in town in incredible circumstances.

She is a rather shy girl, especially with boys of her age, because she has only been to girls' schools. Having a nice face and a pleasing body, the boys often bother her and she is quite frightened of them and she sometimes calls them "Wolves".

Oddly, even though he often teases her, she is not frightened by Yukito, who has quickly become her friend she trusts.

She doesn't know how to lie, and seems messy given the state of her room ( or at all the messy stuff she probably hides in her closet when she receives Yukito ). She always has good ideas, even if they seem a bit far-fetched.

In her route, she and Yukito will participate in an event organized by the school, consisting of a three-legged race and a "runner's speech" at the end of the day. During the course, as they approach the finish line, Miyuki and Yukito fall violently on the ground and roll their ankles. Not wanting to give up, Yukito will then carry Miyuki to the finish line and arrive first. Some time later, it is their turn to go on stage and make their speech and it's Miyuki who speaks. Then she tells her story, her search for her brother, her arrival in the city, her meeting with Yukito... Braving her shyness, she then turns to him and confesses her feelings and asks him to go out with her, that he agrees in front of the whole school.

Some time later, she learns who her brother is, learns her true name, Miyuki ( 美幸 ) and learns she has another sibling./

Meta ( also know as GNW-0021 Medical Treatment and nursing Automaton, MeTA ) is a robot with the appearence of a teenage girl. Initially built to help in the hospital, she was chosen to be the test subject of a large-scale experiment, the study of the relationship between humans and robots.

Meta is so advanced that it's impossible to guess that she's not human at first glance. Having an attractive face, advantageous curves and a skin of incomparable softness, Yukito quickly falls "under her spell" and has a hard time believing that she is only a robot.

It's her personality that betrayed her. In order to be integrated by Humans, Meta must look like a human and behave and talk like them. To achieve this, she copies the "mimics" of her favorite characters to express her emotions ( Fufuri ~ ). She also has a great interest for all kinds of sports activities.

She is very popular at school, her closest friend seems to be Ayaka.

Since his arrival, she has taken a keen interest in Yukito ( she produces data that she doesn't understand when she is with him, in a first time )/.

Her "mother" is Rikka.

Meta isn't a robot with a pre-programmed personality. She is a robot that "builds herself" with the experiences she lives, like a child growing up over the years.

She seems to understand very well the feelings that others experience and she often plays matchmakers.

She knows a lot about sex but has never experienced it.

In her route, we learn that her life span is two years and that she is nearing the end of her second year of operation./

Ayaka is the younger daughter of the famous Sumeragi family. Her father work far away from the city and her older brother too. Her only family in the town was her grandmother, but she passed away a year ago/.

She was educated as a good family girl. With her character of Tsundere, the mixture of the two personalities gives her a very seductive touch.

She is a bit violent with the peoples she cares. She seems very close to Meta.

In her route, she ran away from her home because she has a serious dispute with her brother. Because she has no roof for sleep, she is collected by Yukito.

Then, they start to share the room in secret because Ayaka is not an official dorm resident and the dormitory forbids two people of different sexes from living in the same room ( for ethical reasons ).

Having run away from home, her bank account is no longer powered. Meta takes her to a small neighborhood restaurant with Yukito and they get to know the owner, a very nice old man.

Ayaka finds a job of "waitress-maid" and the customers, mainly made up of grandfathers, does not stop to tell her that she is too cute ( which embarrasses her enormously )./

Chimari is Yukito's adoptive sister. She is really adorable, cute and endearing, she is loved by all. She is a very ( extremely ) innocent girl, she often listens to the advice of her friend Satori ( which is much less ) and does not understand the scope of some of her actions. She loves, enormously and innocently, Yukito who became her only family.

She feels so lost when Yukito returns to their hometown to find his biological younger sister that she decides to join him.

She is jealous of other girls who are too close to Yukito.

Because of her unhappy past, she has a hysterical fear of storms and regains her composure with Yukito only.

In her route, she expresses her fear of losing Yukito, whom she considers as her only family to Satori, who will then help her to assert herself as a woman in front of Yukito with wife-like bentos and gives her "sex education lessons". Chimari just understands that this is the ultimate form of loving someone and that the first time hurts, she does not know what sex is despite the ( fantasized ) lesson of her friend.

It is ultimately Yukito who will hesitate to do the first step, knowing that his adopted little sister does not understand the scope of her actions, nor the scope of her words.
