主人公。唯一的依靠祖母离世以后无依无靠。正为流离失所而困扰不已时被风莉捡回家，开始在女子学校上学。虽然是男孩子但穿上裙子打扮以后就算不塞上胸垫也完全没有违和感。异常合身的美少女姿态完美的隐藏了自己的身份，但本人却对此耿耿于怀。

兴趣和特长是，料理和扫除等全部家务。看不下去搬入的宿舍里由于没有管理者而脏乱的模样，包揽了所有家务。随后在新闻部的问卷调查中被评选为看上去能成为完美新娘的孩子NO.1"。

住在同一宿舍比凑低一年级的下级生。图书委员。本家是新兴企业的暴发户一族，的样子但意外的暴发户似的兴趣一概没有。不如说中二病太严重的缘故，家世和性格什么的根本没人在意。

自称东方将军ツァラトゥストラ([德]Zarathustra)。似乎是魔王军四天王中的一人。虽然像是已经支配世界了的样子，因为经常更改设定也有将要开始侵略的时候。总之就是各个方面都令人不忍直视的少女，但本性是个好孩子，如果惹怒了别人会好好道歉。泪眼汪汪道歉。

另外，がき也有小孩子的意思，所以"大垣"就是"大小孩"的意思。

白铃女子学园的教职员。凑她们所在班级的班主任，教数学。作为照顾理事长的秘书，也担任一起居住的白铃女子学园第二宿舍的管理人。但是并非自己希望工作，因为无法放着风莉不管顺势而成。

口头禅是"不想工作"，座右铭是"明日事今日不毕"。因为尽量不想工作，第二宿舍的家务和风莉的贴身照顾全部抛给了凑。要是胆敢提及年龄或全名一句，就会被深度嫉恨。

虽说是在大小姐学校上学，其实家里是勉强拿出学费的庶民家庭。想要将有点养歪了的女儿学好礼仪才让她上铃女。但是很遗憾成绩垫底令双亲感叹。而且本人并不怎么在意。
